Fallout 3: New Downloadable Content, Retail Packages & PLAYSTATION 3 Release

Electronic Theatre reports on a whole host of new developments within the world of Fallout 3, including two new DLC packs and the European release dates for the new retail packages.

Bethesda Softworks Europe has today announced that Fallout 3 Downloadable Content (DLC) is coming to PLAYSTATION 3 (PS3). In addition to this, a handful of extra additions have now been confirmed. All existing and currently-known Xbox 360 and PC expansions will make their way onto the PlayStation Store, with the details coming direct from Bethesda Softworks themselves

    DLC comming to the PS3 version? *sigh* This is right after I sold it so I could afford Devil Summoner 2. Oh well one of these days I'll just buy it again, no big deal.

    Looking forward to the two new pieces of DLC especially the one with the pissed off aliens abducting you.

      Mothership Zeta will undoubtedly be fun. I am curious to learn more about Point Lookout. Sounds like more of a conventional expansion but the release was fairly vague on it.

      Probably no loophole Microsoft probably only got it as a timed exclusive... Makes me hopeful for GTA IV content now.

      It was never 'fully exclusive' in the first place. It was always timed exclusive, however in the contract it was simply stated that Bethesda could not tell anyone that it was timed-exclusive...

      I may buy the DLC... looks interesting, and I did enjoy the game

    i doubt it was a loophole i imagine the exclusivity was just timed for the 360, but what implications does this have for gta 4 dlc

    Finally Fallout 3 DLC that I can actually play. There's only so much you can do in the main game, and Im just about done with it, so great timing Bethesda!

    Now, if only I owned FO3...

    Point Lookout sounds like it's in the vein of the Shivering Isles. Excited to see how that and Mothership Zeta turn out.

      Wouldn't matter much, Bethesda released Shivering Isles on the PS Store. Even if the GotY version came out with the DLC.
