If you're a Wii owner who wants to play Resident Evil 5, then don't give up hope just yet. Capcom's Chief Financial Officer, Kazuhiko Abe, has hinted that Capcom still might port RE5 to Wii.
Capcom's Chief Financial Officer, Kazuhiko Abe, has offered a glimmer of hope for Wii owners hoping to some day see a downgraded release of PS3 and 360 games on the system.
While highlighting stronger-than-expected sales of Resident Evil 5, Abe says "We have not decided whether we are doing it or not doing it". "It" being releasing 360 & PS3 games on the Wii. Not decided?

If the portanything like the Dead Rising port, then GOD NO.
If the port is what Capcom promise will gives fans "exactly what they've been waiting for", I may need a baseball bat, some matches and a map to Capcom's headquarters.
So cut, downsize and butcher will be the order of the day if its ported I fear.
No they'll just look choppy and crappy, and won't have versus most likely or online mercs if they have mercs at all.
If anything, the graphics will be choppy as hell, worse then RE4 no doubt. Online mercs and versus might get removed, if theres even a mercs at all....
no capcom, no.
