I know we have a massive Monster Hunter community here at Neoseeker, but for those who are concerned about the game's long lack of online should come and discuss in Grinding My Gears part 1. Next week we discuss how under-rated games are still under-rated.

There is a 100% guarantee that every gamer out there will have come across something they really want from their gaming, or something they will continually moan about. If you don’t find yourself in that 100% of gamers, then you know you aren’t a true one, who probably owns one console and the game that came with it. Grinding My Gears is nothing to be taken too seriously, but you will notice that some of the issues may also appear in your gaming experience too, so come and discuss it with us!

Dear *bleep*ing god yes...finally an article about talking about it. Everything else has been "OMG BEST GAME EVR", totally oblivious to that little "lacking online" fact; infuriating.

This is the third Freedom installment WITHOUT infrastructure, it's time to give up hope. It won't matter what people do either in the U.S. or U.K....Japan is more than happy to buy it more times than both continents ever will.

This is the one thing that brings the game down from absolutely amazing to a great game.

They ported it to Korea, who don't have such restrictions. However, making an account for the game isn't exactly legal due to the process.

Most of us will have to wait for Monster Hunter Tri to get online.

I was a huge fan of the original Monster Hunter for the PS2. Didn't get into the PSP versions due to lack of a 2nd analog stick and the inability to play online without some serious customization of your router/ extra hardware requirements.

Glad to see something like this posted.

This game is one of the best adventure games i've ever played. I own Monster Hunter 1 for PS2 and Monster Hunter 2 for PSP. This game has good graphics and has alot of choice's for you to choose. Like, you could Mine, catch bugs, hunt some never-ending monsters, and cat's even cook for you to boost up your stats. This game is so much fun and you'll never get bored of it. This game is worth buying.
