GSho: E3 09 Ubisoft Press Conference Wrap-Up

GamingShogun provides a wrap-up of the lackluster Ubisoft press conference during their 2009 E3 event in Los Angeles. During the conference their pacing was completely off and it became a snore-fest through several portions of the two hour event.

For the rest of this hour, their MC droned on with bad jokes and we got strange presentation with soccer legend Pele who made us all sleepy with his monotone delivery and use of a translator. This went on for way too long. This kind of presentation really needs to be tighter. It was so sleepy in the room that the MC had to make a random SHOUT to the audience in order to wake them up...

    apperently no one cares that much about you ubisoft sorry i really am but you got to wow us in this business ya know and right know your not doing dat.

      Yeah totally. I mean that thing was a real sleeper. Just when you thought things were going to get high in the awesome-factor, it went back to sleep. Its not like they dont have some great titles coming up either. They just did not show them off well today.

    EA did decent...Ubisoft on the other hand was really bland. The speakers didn't seem very enthused or anything, and the trailers were iffy. The best part was the ending of course, with the Assassin's Creed 2 trailer.
