Nintendo E3 2009 Media Briefing: Wii Fit Plus

At their media briefing today at the 2009 E3 Expo, Nintendo has unveiled Wii Fit Plus, a new title for the Wii, utilizing the Wii Balance Board. The game boasts increased customization aspects, and more stat-tracking. Wii Fit Plus will feature new balance games; one of which allows the player to act like Mario in a scrolling level.

The game will arrive this Fall, as a standalone version, and bundled with the Wii Balance Board.

    This should be a great add on to wii fit and will be very popular.

    I like the whole jumping demo they showed off. It really did give off the vibe that we were in "Mario's shoes." I wasn't too interested in the original Wii Fit, but now that they've managed to get more accurate readings, it might be worth looking into.
