In a blink-and-you-missed-it announcement at the Sony press conference, it was revealed that a new Resident Evil game will be coming to PSP and PSP Go. No details were released on the game, but it will be released next year.

Sony had one final trick up their sleeve in the form of shocking horror.

The franchise in question? How about the epic and horror-laden Resident Evil? Sound good? Great, because Sony is set to usher in a new wave of zombie-killing fun with an original Resident Evil title set to release sometime next year.
