Nintendo reveals an American release date for Monster Hunter Tri along with release dates for other Wii games including Band Hero, Endless Ocean 2, Sin and Punishment 2 and Resident Evil Archives: Resident Evil Zero.

Finally, Nintendo has staked out release dates for two of Capcom's biggest titles over the next year. Resident Evil Archives: Resident Evil Zero is listed with a Winter 2009 and Monster Hunter Tri was listed with a March 2010 release date. Capcom previously stated that Resident Evil Zero would be released this year, but never got more specific than that. As for Monster Hunter Tri, Capcom has yet to confirm it's even being released in America, let alone given it a release date. I suppose that cat is now out of the bag.

I'm wondering how this 7 year old port is going to work with motion controls.

Don't know, don't care. I just want to play them again. I sold my GC along with the REmake and 0. I was about ready to buy new copies until I heard about the ports. Can't wait. Haven't played these 2 games in years!

Why not just buy the 5$ GC games?

They play exactly the same as the wii except there might be a waggle here and there. This game is being resold for 30$.

*bleep* you capcom, I ain't paying 30$ for a 7 year old port just because I can waggle to do some stupid shit.

Like dwg said, if you have a Classic Controller (whic every Wii owner SHOULD have), grab Zero from the bargain bin and you're actually MUCH better off. You are going to pay a full game price for a game that's being tacked on motion controls as an excuse to renew the whole thing.

Daylight robbery and you guys are falling for it.
