Well since E3 announcement of Left 4 Dead 2, we have seen videos, reviews and a few interviews. As Left 4 Dead was successful, while many weren't happy with it and its cost of the game Left 4 Dead 2 is on its way. Check out the interview.

I'm sure when Valve announced Left 4 Dead 2, they weren't expecting to have to defend it. After all, Left 4 Dead was so successful, but not everyone was so happy that a full-priced sequel was on its way. Rock, Paper, Shotgun managed to get a hold of Doug Lombardi, whom with E3 all around him is a very busy man, and asked the questions that all of the angry fans were asking. They got some good and lengthy answers.

I think it's fair enough. L4D2 was only recently announced after all, and people are going ballistics. Lombardi raised some good points, such as how Valve doesn't have a tendency to release quick sequels, and how they back up their games well after their release with free content. I just think we should give it time, and all in all, no one is forcing anyone to buy the sequel...so I don't see a need for all this complaining.

Got to agree with Storm here, everyone is freaking out about the game, and it's not even out until the 18th of November! They have FOUR MONTHS to finish the game!
