Assassin's Creed 2 Will Leave You Wanting More

The creative director of Ubisoft's Assassins Creed 2 revealed that the end of the game will be a huge "cliffhanger". On top of this, there will also be a twist at the end.

According to Assassin’s Creed II creative director, Patrice Désilets, Assassin’s Creed II ending will in fact be a cliffhanger. He also hints at a twist at the end of the game.

    This game is going to seriously kick..butt...and if they are saying "big cliffhanger" they better make it a better then the final episode of the Soprano's

    Saw this in the Assassins Creed 2 forum. Can't wait to see more of this game. They've really hyped it up and it seems as though they're going to fix everything that went wrong with the first one. I just can not wait. Come on Ubisoft. Make us proud!

    Of course, the first thing that popped into my head was "Desmond dies."

    But the game looks so good that I doubt I'll really care.

    Isn't Assassin's Creed touted as a trilogy anyways?

    So I'd expect a cliffhanger.

      Yeah. Although I expect that there might be more than 3 seeing as this isn't aimed at AC2 it is in fact to do with the whole of Assassins Creed.

    I don't mind it so much. As Cruxis mentioned, it's set to be a trilogy. Now if they 'cliffhanger' the third game, then we have a problem.

    People always complain about cliffhangers, but I don't really seem them as a bad thing.

    This definitely has me iffy about the game, I wanted more with Assassin's Creed as well, A HELL OF A LOT MORE!

    I'd be disappointed if it weren't

    The first AC ending wasn't a cliff-hanger as such, it was more a 'wtf just happened? Why are the credits rolling?' moment.
