I’ve been looking at my Playstation 3 shelf in dismay recently; despite I have a massive roster of amazing games, I have suddenly felt the urge to play some online shooters, so I had a go with Call of Duty: World at War. Don’t call me a bragger, but the online offers hardly any competition, something I learned stacking 17 kills and 0 deaths in a quick TDM at Castle. Killzone 2 was a novelty for an hour or so, but my gripe with that is the difficulty of unlocking every class’s added ability and the lost incentive after hitting top rank.     Kinda ironic that the best shooters out there provide less entertainment than a seemingly average one.

      Resistance 2 may not be everyone's cup of tea, but it is far from average. Most people love the game.

    I kind of felt this too. I was never a huge fan of the Resistance 2 multiplayer right when I got it, despite sticking it out for the 10,000 kills, but I went back to it a few weeks ago and had a lot of fun with it.
