Namco Bandai has provided some more news on the trio of Tales games that are being released.
Tales of Vesperia for the PS3 now has a Japanese release date of September 17. PS3 will be having some additions not featured in the 360 version. However, it will set Japanese gamers back 7,800 yen ($80).
They've given more information on the heroine starring in Tales of Graces for the Wii. "Sophie" suffers from amnesia when she meets Asbel, who provides her with the name. Not much else is known about the game considering Namco Bandai touted it as a flagship title for the series.
PSP's Tales of Versus will be released in Japan on August 8. They've revealed more characters for the fighting game's roster. Rita (Vesperia), Lloyd Irving (Symphonia), Collette Brunelle(Symphonia), Tear Grants (Abyss), Senel Coolidge (Legendia), and Kyle Dunamis (Destiny 2) will be playable in the game.
Namco Bandai announced three Tales series games simultaneously, and now whenever we get an update on one, it seems the other two follow.
The latest on Tales of Vesperia PS3, Tales of Graces and Tales of Versus comes from the usual source: leaked information from Jump Magazine.
For PS3's Vesperia the magazine confirms a final Japanese release date of September 17. Namco Bandai is working some magic for the PS3 version and has somehow managed to add pirate Patty to the opening anime sequence. It's good that they're putting in the effort, as Japanese players are going to have to pay 7,800 yen for the game. That's about 80 bucks, but it's the same price 360 owners had to pay.
