While it's been said that DJ Hero will allow players to use guitar hero guitars, Activision stated that they might allow reverse compatibility. That is, allowing the turntable peripheral from DJ Hero to be used in Guitar Hero. While it may be too late to implement this feature in Guitar Hero 5, Activision are looking into this for future versions.

With guitar support already confirmed for DJ Hero, the newest addition to Activision's gaming setlist could now return the favour, with Guitar Hero developer Neversoft revealing its desire to build the turntable controller into the GH experience.

"We've worked with [DJ Hero creator FreeStyleGames], talked to them about the game for a couple of years now, looked at different builds and played it," GH director Brian Bright told Eurogamer TV. "We would love to integrate in the future."

Bright admitted, however, that release dates did not allow the team to include the option in the latest major Guitar Hero update. "Unfortunately for Guitar Hero 5, we ship a few months before they do. [But] we'd love to explore instrument compatibility in the future; we'll see where it goes."

I think the article picture was really cute. All of that aside, I disagree. Adding turntables to Guitar Hero would be like adding power puff girls to Mortal Kombat, it just won't turn out correct. Drums was and is a really good idea, but turntables is going just too far.

goddammit Activision, soon your going to be, if not already, a big a whore as EA. >.<
STOP ADDING RANDOM SHIT TO THESE GAMES!
Guitar Hero was fantastic with only Guitars, in order to compete with Rock Band, i get it, adding Drums and Vocals was good too...but this is too much.
and also, wtf is Band Hero?

They can implement it all they want, I sure as hell won't be using it.
