You heard it right. The Nintendo Wii is outselling Sony's PS3 in Japan 5 to 1 in May. That's an even bigger lead than April. Is it because Nintendo has a virtual console that allows you to buy your favorite Nintendo games from the past? Or is it because the Wii is more then half as a cheap as the PS3? Who knows? April's figures showed the Wii was outselling the PlayStation 3 4-to-1 in Japan, and last month the gap widened even further, with the cheaper Nintendo console now 5-to-1 ahead, reports Bloomberg.

1. ps3 doesnt have some good games.
2. price of system seems to be contributing
3. wii is cheap, a fad and most of all lucky.
Also the wii isnt even getting competition cause the big BIG titles hasnt came out yet. Once halo and the other games for sony and MS goes into play They will be the ones PWNing nintendo.
And thats fact.
