In an unprecedented move, an iPhone developer has stolen a popular title for the PC, PSP, and PC known as flOw. The copycat game, known as Aquatica, rips off every possible aspect of flOw, and the developers of Aqautica deny any wrongdoing whatsoever.
"If you go to the Apps Store on your iPhone or iPod Touch, a certain game titled Aquatica may catch your attention for several reasons, one of which is the fact that it looks and plays identically to thatgamecompany’s PC/PS3 title, flOw."

they should atleast make it free and re-name it flow
Even IF they wrote the whole thing from scratch (I doubt that....), there is still basis for an accusation because it apparently is about 99% identical to flOw ~_~ Thusly, there IS basis for accusation, because it is pretty much an identical clone of it...
Oh, wait, they did?
THOSE JERKS!!!
In seriousness I'd be upset too. I used to be a programmer and was never really one for charging for everything I did. I was always willing to share how I did things and all that stuff to try to help others with their programming. That said, I would be highly upset merely for the fact that they are passing this game off as completely their own. They want to prove it? Did they release their own code to prove that there were the necessary number of differences to consider it a different work?
The main wrong here is that those who are ignorant of the PC and PS3 Flow, will believe Aquatica has all the originality and the others copied it. Then in a year or so after release, everyone (well, non-gamers and new gamers) will have forgotten about this and claim Aquatica was original and the others copied.
