    Yeah, I'm pretty sure I know who's gonna win this one. >.>

    Tbh, they're probably better off collectively crying in their basements than wasting their time with this exercise in futility.

    Square-Enix can be incredibly unfair with their bans and warnings. Most of the GMs have absolutely no knowledge of the game mechanics and how to fight certain monsters, they ban people for associating with cheaters or over petty arguments where some crude language has been used, even if it's not that offending. If XIV is going to be successful they need to have the GMs learn the game first and have more interaction with their playerbase.

    I have heard Square Enix can be very bitchy in their modding of the game, but from the little I read of the suit the charges didn't seem anything significant. Did the players really not expect to have to pay monthly fees for the game? Of course not, and they should have argued about this 4 years ago when they bought the game rather than now.

      The modding they can't even detect so that doesn't matter if you don't talk about it openly, same goes for the unofficial windowed mode which allows the use of some third party plugins that enhance your performance, like showing timers on screen instead of having to open your ability list or how long until you can cast your spell again. This cannot be detected by Square but they do occasionally ban people for it.

    Bullshit there are hidden charges. If there are hidden charges, why isn't everyone bitching? And why only now?

    Looks like someone's pissy over something insignificant in the game and is trying to find a valid reason to sue.

      That's true. Everyone who isn't a complete *bleep* knows what they're paying for each month and knows that if you don't pay you can't log in and play. Of course I've gotten double charges sometimes but that was because I payed late and next months charge was put up top.

    Well we know who's going to win this court battle.

    This is a goddamn terrible lawsuit filled by idiots who hold a grudge towards SE.

    Especially them whining about having to pay for the game ; ;
