An interesting take on some of the larger gaming sites has been given by Double Helix QA lead Guy Selga. I can't say I like all the sites he mentioned enough to defend them, but... something tells me this is not the way to go about talking about them.

Probably one of the more interesting tweets I have seen in a while by someone in the industry, Guy Selga of Double Helix Games (formerly of Activision) takes a jab at gaming site giants, Eurogamer, Kotaku, Joystiq, and Gamespot. In case the Twitter message is taken down, here is a screengrab:

The link Guy has posted in regards to his thoughts is for MediaWhoreNetwork's post "Eurogamer Magically Changes Review Score". Eurogamer seems to have changed a review score for Grand Slam Tennis from 5/10 to 8/10. There is only speculation as to why Eurogamer changed the score, whether it be pressure from EA or having something to do with Wii Motion Plus controls on the dev kit they review was played on.

    The guy is an idiot.

Eurogamer had already said they were re-reviewing.

Big time idiot who will probably lose his job over this crap. I had no clue who Double Helix even was at first, and I'm sure this can't help things.
