If you have recently played the Trine demo, you will notice that it is not just another arcade game. Now the price for the game has been revealed. The PC version will cost $40 dollars ($30 in at least one digital outlet) and the PSN version will cost only $20 dollars. While there are a few titles on PSN that are priced at $20, almost all are only ten, so this is a little high. But its quality is worth the price.

The PlayStation 3 edition of Frozenbyte's downloadable platformer Trine will sell for $20, half the "official" price of the PC version, publisher Nobilis has confirmed to Shacknews.

$20 is easily worth it, even $30, $40. There's about the same amount of play value in any other title of this sort -- like they address on the forums, people seem to have a double standard cause they're an "indie" developer, which is rather silly.

Although yeah -- some consistency would be nice. $30 everywhere?
