Xbox 360 gamers hankering for some MMORPG action can still hold out hope for Age of Conan: publisher/developer Funcom has stated in a new interview this version of the game is still being worked on.

While speaking to IncGamers, [game director] Craig Morrison explained that the console version of the popular MMO is still in the works, but has taken a little longer than first anticipated:

“There's a small team working on getting the technology working on the Xbox platform. I think it’s safe to say that the technical challenges in this area have turned out to be greater than we originally envisioned, so there isn’t any update there at the moment, but it is still being worked on. “
