Games We Love but Wish We Could Love Playing

The rumors about the Final Fantasy remakes for the Playstation 3 are finally be put down. Even with a load of members who are willing to give the remake a shot, they seem to want to get the new game out more. Could this be a sign of a non-greedy for money company? I quickly deny that comment I just made. I guess the PS3 owners can only look forward to the newer Final Fantasy games for their systems.
"It appears that rumors of a remake to the classic Final Fantasy VII for the PS3 are finally being put to rest by Square Enix.
Tetsuya Nomura of Square Enix has come out and stated that there will not be any type of remake of Final Fantasy VII for the PS3 or any console. Nomura stated that he has the original script of Final Fantasy VII and the entire team currently working on Final Fantasy XIII is more than willing to do the remake. The thing though is that there are absolutely no plans to make it officially happen.
Nomura stated that "We of course know ourselves what the fans want so wed like to continue thinking up a variety of things. As long as there are people who want to make it and people who are waiting for it, we dont want to proclaim the end."
So it isnt necessary a dead topic to Square Enix in any way shape or form as the idea of doing it is out there. The rumors definitely have a lot of support behind them and maybe one day, possibly after Final Fantasy XIII, the team will reconsider the stance."

That would be nice, but from what they are saying here, it seems they will only be adding the newer games to system.
It was said by Squeenix themselves.

Sounds like Squeenix is teasing us, if you ask me >_>
"Maybe it'll happen, maybe it won't...we'll just keep you on the edge of your seat for a couple more months (prolly years), k?"
