Dead Space for the PC, Playstation 3 and Xbox 360 is one of the best single-player games released in 2008. The horror video game almost included multiplayer, however, as Electronic Arts was planning to include a co-op mode until ultimately scrapping the feature.

I'm glad that it was scrapped. I just don't think co-op would have suited Dead Space at all.

would have ruined the whole experience.

Putting a Co-op game BESIDES the Single player mode would've made the game a LOT more replayable.

yah only if it was completely separate and not the main campaign but with another player. it would have to be like either a new story or the same story told from the perspective of 2 other people.

I found it really replayable, personally. Impossible Mode is so fun.

Impossible was nice, but once you've done every difficulty, there's really nothing left. A co-op game with a couple of different modes that were either objective based or survival based would've ranked Dead Space up the roof. Everyone loves co-op gameplay.

Hell, that would've made Resident Evil 5 almost obsolete. DS having the better gameplay (and story),Capcom would've been completely screwed.
