Pokedex on the PSP

Every wanted to have a Pokemon game on your PSP. Well, you can't. What you can do, is have a Pokedex for 386 Pokemon locations, stats, moves, etc. This only covers FireRed and LeafGreen, but hey, you get to view Pokemon on your PSP!

Ever wanted to get your hands on Pokemon for PSP? Well, we don't know about getting a PSP Pokemon game, but you can have your very own Pokedex (you know, the handheld thing that gives information on various Pokemon).

Your PlayStation Portable may not look as spiffy as the real thing (pictured at the bottom), but it sure can work like a real Pokedex. Now you can say "Let's go, Pokemon" to your DS neighbors!

Xandu of DCEmu has released the Pokedex for PSP, and currently covers Pokemon Fire Red / Leaf Green. According to Xandu, it has "all 386 Pokemon locations, statistics, TM/HM moves, Egg moves and Move lists."

    I lol'ed when I read this title. There are no pokemon games for the PSP but now theres going to be a pokedex on it? It's a cool little feature but not really useful on the PSP.

    I guess it would be neat for fans of the Pokemon games and show but it's not something I would want if I had a PSP.

    Man this is so cool, i love pokemon and the show even though im 20, it was one of my first rpg ever and never going to get rid of it.
    But i would definitely like this. Gotta catch 'em all right lol

    Why in the hell would you have a pokedex on the PSP? The games come with a pokedex on them, so why have another one?

    For the sales and for little kids, I'm sure.

    I think this is Ironic, considering the PSP has no pokemon games, nor will it ever (All the games are licensed by Nintendo right? Only Nintendo has the rights to Pokemon games...)
