Arturo Gatti, legendary boxer was found dead in his hotel in Brazil. We should all honor his memory with a bout of Fight Night. He will be remembered as an amazing fighter, and is in the hearts of gamers, worldwide.

Today, July 11th we learned that Arturo Gatti, legendary two time world champion boxer and super star character in the 'Fight Night' series has past away.

    Obviously it's sad for him to die at such an early age even if I don't know who he is but does this really belong on gamegrep?

      Well, it does say that he was a character in Fight Night, so I suppose it does belong here on gamegrep.

      I haven't actually heard of him before, but may he rest in peace.

        not having a go or anything, but how can you say that!

        he fought the greatest trilogy of boxing matches (him vs Ward) in the history of boxing. I expect him to be inducted into the Hall of Fame soon enough, he deserves it.

    I cant actually believe it.

    In my eyes he is the true image of the perfect sportsman, and he was a warrior. I looked up to him.
