Housemarque hints that Super StarDust HD may be in for more updates. In particular they mention a specific "dimensional" update. This begs to question, does this mean the Super Stardust HD will receive the tunnel sequences of the previous entries?

Super StarDust HD has a rich history. The popular series started life back in 1993 as StarDust on the Amiga computer system by Commodore. A year later Super StarDust was born with some enhancements. While state of the art for the time, the older series resembled Asteroids more then the HD incarnation.
