Scarecrow and "Dem Bones" Challenge Map revealed for Batman: Arkham Asylum

Over a week ago Gamestop had countdown on their website, counting down to a "special announcement" for Batman: Arkham Asylum. Well today the countdown expired and the special announcement was this... Scarecrow has been revealed as a villain in the game and any fans who pre-order the game from Gamestop get a special "Dem Bones" Scarecrow Villain Challenge Map.

Those who pre-order Batman: Arkham Asylum on Xbox 360, PS3 or PC will get a special in-game “Dem Bones” Scarecrow Villain Challenge Map that allows players to battle against Scarecrow and an army of skeleton enemies in a special Horde-like mode. The game releases on August 25th.

    It's even better for those that pre-order the Collectors Edition. Not only do you get the "Dem Bones" map, but you also get the "Crime Alley" challenge map. Yay for me.

    As for this bit of information; The Scarecrow looks *bleep*ing amazing! It's seriously the best design I have seen for the character since "The New Batman Adventures". The syringes on his fingers storing his fear toxin is just ingenious. I might have liked him wearing some sort of cloak or overcoat, but oh well. Not a big deal.
