Whether you had fond memories of Myst, or thought it was the digital wank of its age, Eurogamer discovered that Cyan Worlds' puzzle/adventure title will be heading to Nintendo's DS. Cyan Worlds is reportedly re-tooling the game to take advantage of the DS's touch screen controls. Midway will be publishing the game sometime this November.

It'll be available in November and be a similar affair to last year's PSP offering. However, Cyan Worlds will be rebuilding it to make use of the quirky DS controls, and is including additional New and Rime ages to explore.

Myst is an adventure game built around solving puzzles in picturesque locations. There's no inventory and no death, just bastardly taxing tasks. However, the real thrill will apparently come from unravelling the "intrafamily" drama as you go. Spooky.

The series has been around for donkey's years now, with the first instalment hitting Macintosh shelves in 1993. It's been immensely popular over the ages, too, although it's somewhat retired into its own niche these days.
