Microsoft is a force to be reckoned with, when they want something they go after it and Apple is in their radar. Here's a peek into the new Microsoft store prototype.

The features below sounds great and it definitely has the quality to rival what’s seen in a Apple store.
Microsoft is hungry and this is some serious evidence to their claim of being the dominant brand in the living room.

This is the exact same layout as the apple store in my town.

    AND I MEAN, EXACT.

Except the apple store is shit because the staff are extremely rude and assholes and don't help with anything.

Right I was standing there with my friends going to look to buy some I touches. We were playing with them and checking them out before we get some douche bag telling us to leave.

We ask why and they say "we want to help actual customers". It was at this point I bring out my wallet and show they guy the money I withdrew before hand and walked out.

What kind of dumbass kicks people out of their store? Another time I went to buy it again and I asked, So can I buy an I touch please(because they don't just have them out in boxes you have to ask to buy it) and I waited there for like 10 mins before I saw the *bleep* helping some other customer.

The store is absolute wank. Apple can stick their stores up their shiny white plastic assess. Lets hope MS does a better job.

Dude, I know exactly how you feel. I get ignored or treated like shit in Apple stores as well. I assume this is because I don't dress like a hipster or... whatever demographic they are targeting (I'm rather plain). Maybe they're trained by management to only pay attention to that certain demographic, based on appearances? Or they've never heard of window-shopping.

Even the security guy the Apple store at this one mall I went to was a jerk and called my friend, "Stupid." With the way some of these workers act, you'd think they were selling Ferrari vehicles.

I hope that employee in your story was crying inside as you left, Slumpy.
