Seems like 50 Cent is adamant to get into the gaming industry. Hes done two games starring himself, and now hes going to be an unlockable camo in Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer, as well as a squad voice.

Robert Bowling from Infinity Ward tells us that 50 Cent is "one of many squad voices" that will be featured in the multiplayer and Spec Ops modes in Modern Warfare 2. Expect to hear Fifty saying things like"Reloading," "Watch your fire," "I'm down, get me up!" and "Tango Down!" according to Bowling.

"He is one of quite a few casual cameos in the game, none of which I can name at this point," Bowling says. "Benji and Joel of Good Charlotte NOT being one of them. They're just good friends with Curtis and came along with him when he was here recently to check out his voice in the game."

How about NOT having cameos? Nothing kills the military feeling more than hearing that dumbass speak. I can imagine this being like hearing Rico cuss all the time in Killzone 2.

Goddamn Infinity Ward, this is pathetic. Their one company I thought would never stoop so low.

On the other hand, I will fully enjoy being able to shoot all the idiotic gangsters playing as FIDDY CENT YO and will definitely be happy to actually be able to shoot that smug bastard.

Taylor Swift in Band Hero, 50 Cent in MW2. What's next? Alan Carr in the next Soul Calibur?

        Like nowai! D:

I think it came down to the fact that IW wanted to make sure the game was "Modern" so by putting gangsters in that must make it modern. =/

Soul Calibur already had Star Wars characters... Alan Carr would be a sensical step up.

You should have said Jon Stewart in Tekken

nah soul calibur saves it's spots for yoda because he was obviously going to be a good character wasn't he?

I wasn't going to buy this but this just makes me never want to play it. Coletrain was a cool addition to Gears but this is just rediculous, how does 50 cent fit into this game in anyway?

adding Kratos to the PSP SCIV is the only good thing they have done so far.

And I'd rather have a nazi zombie skin as a cameo skin.

Just his voice, not the character himself. I'm guessing he paid them for it, a few grand for promotion and to say "Yeah, I was in one of the best selling games of all time."

The photographs in the source looks like it should be in the dictionary under D-Bags.

...You're aware that he just does the voiceover for one of the many skins that will be used in multiplayer, right?

Shit, a next site led to believe they were using models for him too. Won't be going there again. Still, you telling me they won't be using his voice all the time?

Providing he doesn't try to add some Rtard swagger it shouldn't be a problem then, fair enough. The guy just gets on my *bleep*ing nerves.

It seems many people are thinking he will be a playable character, i personally think by Camo, it will be him with a Marine Uniform on. If they did have him running around in a Hat, Bulletproof jacket and jeans down by his knee's, then we might have a problem. As for the voices im not too bothered, as long as it aint gangster and is deadly serious.
