Ever told yourself that movie-based videogame tie-ins are not really that bad, despite what the critics say? Well, take a look at this HUGE list of average score percentages amassed by GamerSquad, pretty much all of which prove that your continued faith in poorly designed Hollywood cash-ins is so utterly misplaced.

If you ever doubted the impact and appeal of our $30 billion USD gaming industry and the knee-buckling effect it has on money-grabbing movie execs, then one only need look at the past few years of movie tie-in releases to witness the general level of dross that is pushed our way to help bolster Hollywood's sales margins. Indeed, it's quite scary. Scarier still is that many of us (read: you) fall for the promise of excellence each and every time... never learning from our (read: your) mistakes.

The author seems to not credit people with common sense and sees himself as better. I am given this impression by how he writes "some of us (read: you)" as regards people buying poor quality movie games. I can relate with that personality. Further more he does give credit where credit is due, like Golden Eye for example. I find that increases how trustworthy a source he is. He also makes reference to a good source, Metacritic being one of my choice sites. This is why the author is my favorite character...

Wait I really need to stop thinking about my English exam in the Junior Cert. Why do I need to know English, I live in Ireland and can hardly speak Irish.

I'll take that as a compliment, black doom. I do tend to write with my tongue pushed firmly into my cheek so that content isn't overly dry. Cheers though.
