MAG gets release date

Ever since Sony showed off its massive 256 player multiplayer game at E3, many gamers have been looking forward to playing it. Well, now you guys know how much you'll have to wait- MAG is going to be released on January 26th, 2010.

Back at E3 2008, Sony came out and announced MAG -- a massive online action game that would be open to 256 players. Since then we've gotten plenty of details in terms of how the first-person shooter handles, how the command structure breaks down, and more, but we haven't heard about when we can enlist with Raven, Valor, or S.V.E.R.

At least, not until today. MAG is officially storming U.S. PlayStation 3s on Jan. 26, 2010.

    Will have to get a headset before this game comes out then. I have dreams of just shouting my head off to get people around the battlefield in my little squad.

    Unfortunatly, I'm not that excited. The concept is great, but it looks like everything we've seen before in war games like Operation Flashpoint and COD, and with 256 people playing (and at least 20/30 tards per game), you're going to get all walks of life ruining your gaming experience.
