An update on Fox has appeared in the Smash Bros Dojo. Looks like he is still going to be one of the faster characters of Super Smash Bros. Also included are a few more screenshots of Fox.

Fox is just one of many so-called speed characters. His costume has been completely updated, so he’s full of fighting spirit.

Run! Fly! Move boldly! For such moves are the essence of Fox!

Hopefully he'll still be the fastest character, but the other newcomers still might surpass him. I'll definitely be using him for his great speed and combo ability, which should be at par with himself in Melee, if not better.

He will probably still be the fastest character, but I really hope they put in Sheik! Fox looks really cool though.

I agree. Sheik is really good.

Fox will be a massive asset to the series, although his speed is good, I think others may possibly surpass him, not that there are new characters on the Brawl.

I will still frequently use him though. His appearances have improved during the series aswell.

Fox was one of my favourite characters in Melee.

The graphics don't look like they've improved a great deal in 6 years though which is frightening.

I'm not really sure what you expect. The Wii's graphical power isn't all that significantly better than the GC, so major difference ain't possible. That said, the details on the characters are much better than Melee.

In a nutshell, thats a perfect description. TBH, the major differences i've seen so far are just the characters themselves, like you said, but most of the maps on SSBB are relatively the same as the GC, with slightly better perspective points, and slight increase in graphics.

Fox looking great as usual. I can't wait to see how he turns out in this game. See if he will be made worse like Kirby was for Melee.

Looks the same to me. The only difference is that the graphics are slightly more detailed.

I dont know which I prefer though. This one, or the Super Smash Bros Melee version. Although i'm loving Foxs' coy smile in some of the screenshots. I dont recall him ever smiling in the Melee version.

Fox was pretty damn awesome in Smash Bros. Melee, and will no doubt be a super fast annoyance in Brawl. I never really used him as a character myself, but he certainly packs a punch and is one of the "better" characters.

If they don't change his taunt I'll hate him xD That 'come on' thing was annoying as hell for me. Fox is set, unless they screw him up this game. He was the best character in terms of stats and such from Melee. They don't need to change much with him.
