Electronic Theatre reports on the revelation that the Call of Duty: World at War Map Pack 3 managed to sell more than one million units within it's first weekend of sale.

It has been revealed today that the third Downloadable Content (DLC) release for Activision and Treyarch’s Call of Duty: World at War, cunningly titled Call of Duty: World at War Map Pack 3, sold over one million copies in it’s first weekend on sale.

      Well, most people are buying WaW for the zombie maps. If Modern Warfare 2 doesn't contain a bonus mode that will allow DLC maps, it might not be as appealing. Modern Warfare 1 has 1 map pack of just multiplayer maps, and I don't think it sold well, plus they charged $10 for it.

    This is all the more reason why there should be an actual Nazi Zombie game. Or an XBA game, at least.

    Yeah, I only bought Map Pack 2 and 3 because of the Nazi Zombies.

    I thought the multiplayer maps would be poor like the first 2 packs but they're actually quite good.
