PSN users who have purchased either the Steel and Titanium Map Pack, or the Flash and Thunder Map Pack are in for a special 'thank you' from Guerrila Games. Today, promotional codes went out for a free, exclusive T-shirt in Playstation Home. So far, only SCEE regions have been confirmed for the free T-shirt.

    Which regions are SCEE? Also how do you get the codes, through e-mail or message on the PS3.
