Well it's official, the Elite has dropped in price a significant sum, $AU100, which will make it an excellent purchase now, especially with the larger HDD.
Slip over and check out the full details now.
We all love a bargain, and we are certainly getting one here. The Xbox 360 are $Au100 off the normal RRP . . now that makes the 120 equipped item well worth the effort.
With the extra storage, it would make it much more viable in todays world of DLC and movies-playback. I suspect that the Arcade my end up with the 60gig HDD, and the current Xbox 360 Pro might see its retirement. To then be followed by the New Xbox7620 which will sport the unified GPU/CPU motherboard called Valhalla touted to be installed in new machines late in 2009 early 2010.
This would fall inline with the new Natal equipment that will no doubt be a pre-installed function in new forthcoming machines (Xbox720) and as a stand-alone item for all those with preexisting Xbox 360’s, both current and from its release.
