Halo 3: ODST distribution breach, Microsoft investigating

Looks like some gamers got there hands on Halo 3 ODST a month before there release date. Microsoft is investigating this problem and going to take action on the people who been playing on live with the game

Microsoft is investigating “a very small breach” in its Halo 3: ODST distribution process that has resulted in a number of French gamers receiving the title almost a month ahead of its release.

    I would love to see how Microsoft deals with these people. And why the *bleep* would you play while connected to LIVE? You will get caught.
