Silent Hill: Homecoming is widely regarded as the weakest link in the series, so it probably isn't a huge loss that Konami have suspended the Japanese release of the game. Konami gave no reason for this decision, but instead told fans to "Please look forward to future titles in the series."
Konami's Silent Hill Homecoming will not be released in Japan. On the title's official home page, the Japanese company has announced that the domestic release of the game has been suspended.
No reason was given for this decision. "Please look forward to future titles in the series," the announcement notes.

Or are they just going to use Team Ninja, since those guys obviously know what the hell they're doing... Nurses in vinyl and thongs with massive boobs that can be jiggled with your SIXAXIS controller, perhaps?
Wouldn't mind more Climax games if SHSM is good.
After SH4, I'm betting that what was left of Team Silent basically became projectSIREN (a dev team for SCEJ rather than Konami) ever since, and they haven't been heard from since Blood Curse.
But yeah takeing Silent hill back to it's roots would be cool but either way a new one would be good. I hope they have more puzzles this time, they were way too easy in homecoming.
