Was anyone else hoping for Blue Dragon 2 rather than this? Anyways, Blue Dragon Plus won't be the only Blue Dragon game on DS and the gameplay mechanics are once again, but for better or for worse?

First there was Blue Dragon on Xbox 360, a traditional Japanese role-playing game. Then came Blue Dragon Plus on the Nintendo DS, which was a real-time strategy game with similarities to Final Fantasy XII: Revenant Wings. The third Blue Dragon game is playable here on the Tokyo Game Show floor and changes up the gameplay again. This time around it's an action RPG like Diablo with co-op play for up to four players.
