Bad news for all players who were eagerly anticipating sequel about Altaïr Ibn La-Ahad on their Windows powered machines. PC version of Assassin's Creed 2 has been pushed back to 2010.

Once again PC gamers seem to be getting the shaft, as Ubisoft reveals via Twitter that the PC version of Assassin's Creed 2 won't be released until Q1'2010. Ubisoft's entire tweet as follows:
Assassin’s Creed 2 PC has moved to the first quarter of 2010. A bit more time for the dev team to deliver the best quality game to you.
The original Assassin's Creed PC port was released after consoles also, but at least in exchange we got DX10 graphics and new missions. So far, Ubisoft hasn't revealed anything special for the PC version of AC2.
