Here is some info on Dragon Ball Raging Blast's customization and game modes. Some of the modes include: Survival Mode, KO Mode, Time Attack Mode, Score Attack Mode, Extreme Battle(Gyokugen Battle). etc etc etc.

There's less than a month left until PS3 and Xbox 360 get their next Dragon Ball game. Today, Namco Bandai provided us with a closer look at Dragon Ball Raging Blast, including a close-up look at the game's customization component and modes of play.

Raging Blast will allow you to customize your fighting game experience, right down to your special moves. You can change each characters' special moves and also select the required button combo. You'll earn new special moves by clearing events.

The game also offers more fine tuned character customization options via its Deck Customization system. By equipping the characters with items, you'll be able to modify them in such areas as attack, spirit and defense. The items can be obtained by trading in the D points you earn in the game's other modes. You position items in a graphical chart that's known as a Deck. Space is limited, and items have different shapes, so this system will require some amount of experimentation. Thankfully, the game provides copy and sort functionality to ease the process.

Never got to play any of the other DB games. Played the demo of the last one and thought it was awesome (graphics style were nice)! So I hope this one is nice

don't be taken in by the nifty graphics. they were laughably shallow, and all of the characters play exactly the same. burst limit was exceptionally bad with the 'drama pieces'. what an awful idea. @_@

Really? . . . Wow, then I'll definitely have to check out the other ones (or at least this one) to see how good the games may REALLY be!

There are two ongoing series- Budokai (which Burst Limit was a part of) and Tenkaichi (which this belongs to). Tbh, if you're played one, you've played them all. Each game is basically the last game with slightly better graphics, and a couple of new moves.

DBZ B2 and 3 and Budoakai Tenkaichi 2 and 3 were awesome games.Burst limit is good but one of the weakest DBZ games.

being able to customize moves for all the characters doesnt sound like a good plan to me. you could give for example Goku every powerful move in existence and he would own everything, right? like in addition to his Spirit Bomb he could get everyone else's super moves and be super powerful?

It will likely be a points based system where you have a certain amount of points and each move has a point value, the more powerful the move the more points it uses.

So if the points are 50 and you want to use 5 moves of 15 points, you won't be able to.

I hope this one isn't as bad as Burst Limit was. Only good DBZ games were The Budokai Tenkaichi series really.
