Damn those OFLC board in Australia. Once again they refuse to give Valve's Left 4 Dead 2 a rating. This will definitely mean gamers down under will be killing zombies without gore or anything.

They approved the edited version- this story is about them refusing Valve's appeal for rating the original version.

        That is what happened.

This article thinks that they refused the game right out.

Obviously the dude who wrote this didnt even bother to read the website that they ripped from properly and then rushed to push it out on GG.

If you look at the source for this article it oozes dodgy. Why you wouldn't look up for a second source is a bit beyond me.

i'm pretty sure the OFLC board reserves the right to change their mind at any particular time - this story could just well be true

Nope, the game is still listed on the Board's database as MA15+. They haven't gone off their medication since when the classification was granted on the 7th.

    Argh... I give up.

I'm not particular fazed cause I was tossing up whether to get it or not (probably would have ended up getting it though), its Dead Rising 2 I'm worried about...

It looks to be big time *bleep*ed
