Gargantuan PlayStation Store Update Due Next Week

European PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Portable owners will be in for a real treat next week, just in time for Halloween. As a huge update is coming next week to the Euro regions.

Every Thursday the PlayStation Store updates across the globe, bringing specific content to individual regions as well as demos, trailers and downloadable content for the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Portable. This week’s European Store update was rather mundane, with an NBA 2K10 demo, some special offers, videos and two dynamic themes. However, Mike Kebby, SCEE PlayStation Store Team member, has promised that next week’s update will be far bigger.

    Que the hype machine that snowballs out of control only to crash into huge disappointments with "SONY LIED" and "SONY=FAIL" threads and messages across the globe!

      I don't know about that any more even without saying it these past few weeks have been loaded with content without the hype, with almost 100+ new pieces added weekly from demo's to videos and full games. I kinda believe this as they have been bringing gargantuan updates to the store recently with no news of the matter.

        True, but with the hype there, people will tend to blow this up to become the end-all of all PS Store updates, and then find that they raised their expectations too high and need someone to blame for "lying" to them.
