Los Angeles will be the host of the 2009 World Cyber Games and will take place in the Los Angeles Convention Center. The winners are competing to win up to $100,000 in cash and prizes.

    Only $100,000? The prize purse is estimated to be around $500,000 this year.
    Anyway, WCG events are always entertaining, but Seattle hosted it in 2007. I honestly didn't expect another American city to host it again so quickly.
