Activision Blizzard plans for a $1 million donation to help vets transition from their military leave to civilian careers. CEO Bobby Kotick has stated, “The joblessness rate that [veterans] should have should be far less than the national average, not more. How do you expect people to actually join the military if when they leave the military they can’t integrate back into the free market they’re supposed to be protecting?”

    While I can't imagine Activision Blizzard had only the purest of intentions with this, at least the Veterans are getting something. They've more than earned it.
