Electronic Theatre reports on the announcement that the BBC iPlayer will relaunch on Wii next week, taking place on the dashboard in it's own dedicated channel.

The BBC have today revealed that the BBC iPlayer will relaunch on Nintendo Wii, with the service offered through it’s own unique channel. From 18th November 2009, Wii owners will be able to download the BBC iPlayer from the Wii Shop Channel, and place it on their dashboard in it’s own channel.
