Scans from this week's issue of Weekly Famitsu have surfaced, revealing that Capcom will be indeed be bringing the Gyakuten Saiban/Ace Attorney series to WiiWare.

From the partial scan we have, it looks as the game will use the Wii Remote only, making use of the pointer function to select options. Button presses will be able to bring up menus, such as the Court Record; it'll probably function more like the GBA versions of the games.

The release schedule, so far announced only for Japan, is as follows:
Gyakuten Saiban Yomigaeru Gyakuten (Ace Attorney: Phoenix Wright) - 12/15/2009 release, 900 Points - cases 1-4 only
Gyakuten Saiban 2 (Ace Attorney: Phoenix Wright: Justice For All) - 01/26/2010 release, 1200 Points
Gyakuten Saiban 3 (Ace Attorney: Phoenix Wright: Trials and Tribulations) - 02/23/2010 release, 1200 Points
Gyakuten Saiban Yomigaeru Gyakuten Case 5 - 03/16/2010 release, 300 Points
