    Now, lets be honest here.

How many of you bothered to read the Terms & Conditions the first time?

Honestly, *raises his hand*, common sense and 2-years of law school trianed me to pay attention to such things. Also [IMHO] 90% of the complaints surrounding content removed from LBP when it first released would have been eliminated (in theory) if many of the complainers read the EULA & Terms/Conditions before investing 20+ hours making use of trademarked characters.

I tend to scan them; mostly out of humor to see how much they try to cover their ass. By going by the EULA and what not, most PC gamers are probably violating the breaking the rules by modding the game

Smoke - that is why I read them. It is amusing to see how they cover their asses, and at the same time slip in language that 'kinda sorta' makes many of the things us hardcore gamers do to our consoles... erm, you know, slightly in violation... 'kinda sorta.' LOL! Also, here is something fun to do. Read the EULA/Terms and Conditions for Fallout 3 on the consoles vs. the PC. Interesting changes to give an ok to modding on the PC - ergo, why I'll never eva buy a bethsoft game on a console. I want my mods!
