Renouned actress Nicole Kidman has praised Nintendo for reaching out to audiences other than the usual gamers, with it's series of brain games, including Brain Academy.

She claims it's a great way of keeping your mind feeling young.

"I'm ready for my close-up, Iwata-san."
The 40-year-old actress commented, "I love the concept that Nintendo is reaching out to new audiences with their self improvement products like Brain Training. Most importantly, I've quickly found that training my brain is a great way to keep my mind feeling young."

It is actually quite nice that they're thinking outside the box, and turning a whole new variety of people on to games. It might help stem some of the prejudice.

Yeah, especially when celebrities (and the most unlikely at that!) are supporting and endorssing them.

Nicole Kidman doesn't seem like the gamer type to me. lol

Hmm, multi-million dollar movie payouts not enough for Nicole eh? Not even the Chanel contract? Now Nintendo too. Knowing she endorses the game certainly won't make me buy it.

Yeah, me either. I just thought it was interesting to see that even that kindof celebrity, who would strike me as too good for such things in their minds, even recognise Nintendo's brilliance. =D

It's a shame she's not advertising a game that people would actually want to buy. XD

I love seeing well-known celebrities in game adverts. It's so cheesy, but fun to watch! XD
