Some nice information for people who are planning on getting Dante's Inferno. EA have announced that the PS3 owners have the choice to buy the special "divine" edition, which is not available on other consoles. The Divine Edition will come with a complete Longfellow text of Dante Aligheri's Inferno, Digital artbook, developer videoes, and a digital copy of the soundtrack.

The Divine Edition will include a plethora of extras including a Wayne Barlowe digital artbook, developer commentaries and a copy of the game's soundtrack.

The real bonus though is that the Divine Edition will be bundled with the complete Longfellow text of Dante Aligheri's Inferno so players can broaden their literary horizons in between hacking and slashing their way through the nine circles of hell.

I think this is pathetic, if your going to bring out a collectors edition like this then why not bring it out on both consoles and not *bleep* over one of your audiences? EA really should go to hell.

Oh nice to see an Xbox 360 owner understanding how the Playstation 3 fans must have felt when for the last few years, it was the Xbox 360 getting exclusive this and exclusive that, even for games that were multiplatform. I like this.

HAH so the PS3 hasn't received countless JRPGS with extra content compared to the 360 counterpart? You act like this is the first time Sony has been given the upper hand.

And you act like this is the millionth time they've been given the upper hand and the 360 has been screwed over, which is even more ridiculous.

Or you know, People could just stop being jackasses. Probably too much to ask.

Agree with slumpy; apparently if you want to use the internet, you have to be a jackass. 'Cause if what I've been reading lately is correct, getting into pointless arguments in every article is the only thing you're allowed to do here...

I just think it's ridiculous that every time I point out a pointless argument, some idiot has to tell me "welcome to the internet; don't like it? GTFO!"

No, you don't have to be a jackass, what you need is the capacity to deal with jackasses without crying all the time.

Can you change everyone on the internet? No, that's ridiculous.

Can you change yourself enough to be able to overlook the idiocies without being a big baby about it all the time, especially since you yourself have gotten into many such pointless arguments in the past? Of course you can, that's completely reasonable. So, as said before, stop bitching or stop coming here.

Doesn't mean being an idiot should be acceptable.

Sure I may have gotten into pointless arguments before, but either it was a looooong time ago and is irrelevent, or it wasn't even a serious argument.

In fact, I think this argument is also pointless, so kthxbai.

It was pointless when you started it, obviously. The point is unless you can change everyone else than just deal with it. If all you're gonna do is be a hypocrite than you have no right to speak about it.

Maybe so. Even so, there's no denying a lot of people tend to miss the point of an article and just start arguing. Kinda makes it unappealing for newcomers.

          Good for them

If newcomers can't deal with a little bit of arguing in comments than, as per usual, they can get used to this being the internet and that being the way things are. Hate it or love it, deal with it. Most of what the internet is is arguing.

I should probably make it clear, since you're into assumptions and all, that I'm not saying it's good or bad; right or wrong. I'm just saying that's how it is.

Yeah, that is how it is. Kinda sucks that that's the way it is, but being unfortunate doesn't change anything, I guess.

It's definitely bullshit for people that are fans of the series and only own a 360.

Good job alienating the audience; although I'm sure the fault lies on Sony for buying it out. Although, if you want to read the book, it's clearly under Public Domain, so you can get it for free. Perhaps not the Longfellow translation, but others.

Don't turn into the Microsoft of 2008 Sony, you were doing so well.

Hey, MS seems to buy out enough people. If that even is the case here, its just a little bit of Sony's turn.

But there really isn't that much included with the SE like new skins or levels or something, so its not that big of a deal.

But I'll gladly get it anyway.
