I freaking hate GameStops. I used to work at one, and good lord they trip you off. Maybe it's just because I'm a disgruntled employee whom they only paid $5.55 an hour >_

What annoys me is that they'll sometimes have a fantastically rare game, like Koudelka, and they'll just put it on a shelf with a really low price. In this example, they sold it (to me) for a fiver; if it had been online, it would have sold for more like £30. It worked out well for me, but I don't expect people who sell me games to know less about them I do.

They can be pretty oblivious to the rare games. I know for a fact if isn't Halo or Final Fantasy or one of those type of games, they'll just brush it off to the side and slap a price tag on it.

I've seen some rare games there for only $5 before. One time, I also sold a game to them, which original costed $20 and they only gave me $7 for it.

I sell my rare games through Amazon. It's a lot easier.

How much do you make there?

Depends. Books are easier, and, because I get my envelopes and stamps cheaper than market rates, I make a profit on the p&p, since it's automatically set.
