Japan finally gets Fat Princess this Christmas! The article speculates that this download was to be released November 16th but was delayed due to a "finger" issue. Apparently is it offensive to some people in Japan to have less then 5 fingers, so an additional finger was added in light of this news as to not offend any possible players.

Personally, and I'd like to add, I think it's interesting that a reason that some japanese people are offended by this because of the Yakuza.. I mean, it's disturbing but interesting that is goes so deep as to even effect their normal day to day.

LOL...you can have sick cartoon porn with alien tentacles, twisted porn clubs and the most horrific prank tv shows (although I find the prank show where a sniper "shot" everyone except for one dude in a cafe utterly hilarious)...but less that 5 fingers, THAT is offensive. Such silly people. Still love em though.

Same thing happened when Bob the Builder was being moved to japan, apparently four fingers resonate with the condemned or something.
