Sony Computer Entrainment Europe (SCEE) has today confirmed the release date for the forthcoming Heavy Rain, currently in development at Quantic Dream. Set to launch across Europe and other PAL territories on February 24th 2010, with the UK and Ireland receiving the title on February 26th, SCEE went one further, confirming the recently rumoured Special Edition and Downloadable Content (DLC).
